DHL EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD ABN 62 001 112 929 (DHL EXPRESS)
SOCIAL MEDIA PRICING OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ('OFFER')
1. The Offer consists of at least thirty per cent (30%) off the DHL Express Tariff Rates Published on the DHL Express website (www.dhl.com.au or http://www.dhl.com.au/content/dam/downloads/au/express/shipping/rate_guides/dhl_express_rate_transit_guide_au_en.pdf) for the following import/export products:
(i) DHL Express Worldwide (doc);
(ii) DHL Express Worldwide (non doc)
(iii) DHL Express 9.00; and
(iv) DHL Express 12.00,
for shipments which are shipped between 24th October 2018 until 31st December 2018 (‘Offer Period’). This Offer is only available to companies with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or ACN (Australian Company Number). This Offer is only available to companies which are business customers whose principal place of business is located in:
The Gold Coast, Qld, Australia;
The Sunshine Coast, Qld, Australia;
Brisbane, Qld, Australia; or
Byron Bay, NSW, Australia.
DHL Express will determine in its discretion which customers fall within the relevant areas.
2. In the case of an existing DHL Express account holder (including, for a business, its employees or personnel), (‘Existing Customer’), the Offer will not involve an additional discount, but can replace the existing rates if mutually agreed in writing by the Existing Customer and DHL Express.
3. The Offer will not apply for shipments shipped outside of the Offer Period. In addition, at the expiration of the Offer Period, DHL Express reserves the right to adjust applicable rates in accordance with the DHL Express annual general price increase (‘GPI’).
4. Additional charges for value-added services apply, and are not part of the Offer.
5. The Offer excludes all surcharges, government duties and taxes (including GST), the fuel surcharge, oversize/overweight surcharge and remote area surcharge, which will be charged consistently with DHL Express’ ordinary practice. Information about these charges is available on request by contacting DHL Customer Service on 13 14 06 (see below).
6. DHL Express reserves the right to review, amend or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period except for shipments which have already been contracted for shipment.

9. All rates and conditions are subject to entering into a contract with DHL Express. This is not an offer to enter into a contract capable of being accepted without first contacting DHL Customer Service on 13 14 06 for a detailed all inclusive price quotation incorporating all applicable surcharges for DHL Express services. The DHL Express Terms and Conditions of Carriage (available at www.dhl.com.au) will apply to any contract concluded after contacting DHL Customer Service for an all inclusive quotation.
